SEXUAL HARASSMENT INCLUDE:
  • Physical contact or advances
  • A demand or request for sexual favours
  • Making sexual coloured remarks
  • Showing pornography
  • Any other unwelcome physical verbal or non verbal conduct of a sexual nature
PENAL CONSEQUENCES
  • Fine of up to RS. 1,00,000 or imprisonment for up to 3 yrs or both
  • Disciplinary action including a written apology, reprimand warning, censure
  • Paying for Financial damages to the complainant
  • Withholding promotion / Payrise / increment Counselling
