A safe workplace is a woman's legal right
SEXUAL HARASSMENT INCLUDE:- Physical contact or advances
- A demand or request for sexual favours
- Making sexual coloured remarks
- Showing pornography
- Any other unwelcome physical verbal or non verbal conduct of a sexual nature
- Fine of up to RS. 1,00,000 or imprisonment for up to 3 yrs or both
- Disciplinary action including a written apology, reprimand warning, censure
- Paying for Financial damages to the complainant
- Withholding promotion / Payrise / increment Counselling
